#RideNevadaIt's our goal to see as much as possible of Nevada on horseback - from ghost towns to roadside attractions to state parks to historic trails to the backcountry places and everything in between. We are almost always exploring some part of the state and working on a few projects, which you can learn about below.

Nevada State Parks ProjectWe want to be the first to complete the Nevada State Parks passport challenge entirely on horseback! Visitors must get their passport stamped at 15 parks to complete the challenge.
Our final park visit will be Saturday, May 3 at Mormon Station State Historic Park in Genoa. Come out to cheer us on as we ride in to get our passport stamped! We will arrive immediately following the Western Heritage Days parade. Our Current #: 14 |
Tahoe Rim Trail Ride
In September 2025, we will attempt to thru ride the Tahoe Rim Trail. The 165-mile trail loops around the Lake Tahoe Basin, through rugged wilderness, forests, meadows, and alpine lakes.

Nevada Ranges ProjectNevada is the most mountainous US state with approximately 300 named ranges. A big chunk of the interior part of the state is restricted federal/military land so we know we won't be able to ride every mountain range in Nevada, but we're trying to ride as many of them as we can!
